Monday cracked open with Cuhitlahuac Quintero, 34, pulled over on Al Tahoe Boulevard — too much booze, too little judgment, and a license long gone from DUI suspensions. By midmorning, Jesse Bryan King, 42, was in deep — picked up on 3rd Street in Helen with narcotics, paraphernalia, and priors enough to make the bail number hit seven digits. Around lunch hour, Shawn Travillion, 38, made trouble outside Tahoe Tom’s — a fight that turned ugly, landing him in cuffs for assault with a deadly weapon. The afternoon brought Daniel Scaggs, 49, off Mother Lode Drive, drunk and loud enough to draw a deputy’s attention — booked for public intoxication. Not long after, Gena Theisen, 53, was arrested in Cameron Park for allegedly assaulting both her spouse and an elderly dependent, a grim double charge of violence in the home.
