El Dorado County (March 10, 2024) – In a commendable celebration of excellence within the realm of law enforcement, El Dorado County’s District Attorney Investigator, Gary Malmquist, was bestowed with the prestigious 2023 Officer of the Year accolade for the District Attorney’s Office.

The distinguished ceremony, held on March 6th at the American Legion Post 119, witnessed the convergence of key figures from the legal and law enforcement spheres.
