Celebrating the Pioneer Spirit: The Wagon Train’s 75th Anniversary Run

This year, the historic event makes its much-anticipated stop in Pollock Pines on June 7th, promising a day filled with nostalgic charm, lively entertainment, and community spirit.

A Historic Journey

The Wagon Train, organized by the Highway 50 Association, commemorates the epic westward migration of early American pioneers. For 75 years, enthusiasts have gathered to reenact this journey, honoring the grit and determination of those who traversed treacherous terrains in search of a new beginning. This year’s run is particularly special, marking a significant milestone in preserving and celebrating this rich slice of American history.
