(INEDC) EDSO Sheriff ARRESTS Blotter EL DORADO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA May 10 2026

South Lake Tahoe & Tahoe Basin

The night shift in the Tahoe Basin stayed busy with booze, batteries, and domestic violence calls stacking up before dawn. SLTPD hauled in Deatra Marie Ingels on a DUI rap after a stop on Midway Road just after 2:30 a.m. Paul Ryan Girard followed an hour later at the same location, booked on felony domestic violence charges and a probation violation with bail set at $50,000. By morning, officers arrested Deanna Lynn Gosselin on Julie Lane for child endangerment and misdemeanor domestic battery after deputies answered another household disturbance. Late afternoon brought another DUI arrest when Vashley Noelle Mccully was stopped on Pioneer Trail and booked for driving under the influence. The day closed hard when Jimmy Fausto was booked in connection with criminal threats on Marlette Circle, carrying $26,000 bail. Across the basin, the blotter read like an old Saturday night rerun — too much whiskey, too many tempers, and patrol cars running hot from one domestic call to the next. Jail logs showed multiple alcohol-related arrests stretching from casino corridor traffic stops to residential neighborhoods tucked beneath the pines. Deputies cleared the reports, filled the cells, and rolled back out into the dark looking for the next set of flashing lights.

  • Midway Road Drunk Drive — DUI arrest after early morning stop near South Lake Tahoe corridor.
  • Domestic Violence Before Dawn — Felony battery and probation violation land man in jail on $50K bail.
  • Child Endangerment on Julie Lane — Domestic disturbance investigation turns into two-count arrest.
  • Pioneer Trail DUI Bust — Afternoon traffic stop adds another drunk-driving booking to the pile.
  • Threats on Marlette Circle — Criminal threats complaint ends with late-night arrest.

Placerville & Missouri Flat Corridor

Placerville deputies spent Sunday chasing parole violators, knife carriers, and domestic violence suspects across the western slope. Hathan Mei was arrested on Missouri Flat Road on suspicion of felony domestic violence and probation violations, posting one of the day’s highest bail totals at $180,000. Eddie Estevan Limones was picked up on Pony Express Trail for a felony parole violation and booked without bail. Lowell Steven Presson landed in jail after deputies responded to Carmen Drive and booked him on felony domestic violence charges carrying $50,000 bail. By evening, deputies stopped Denton Allen Russell on Placerville Drive and allegedly found narcotics along with a concealed dirk or dagger, adding a felony weapons count to the arrest sheet. Patrol units also handled another DUI arrest when CHP booked Alexis Enriquezfelipe following a stop on Royce Drive. The county jail log painted the same hard picture seen too many weekends before — drugs, steel, booze, and family fights spilling into patrol traffic. Missouri Flat and Placerville Drive stayed lit with rotating red-and-blue reflections as deputies moved from one hot call to the next. By the end of shift, the holding cells in Placerville had grown crowded with repeat offenders and fresh faces alike.

Spotlight: Placerville Charge Blurbs

  • Domestic Violence on Missouri Flat — Felony battery case racks up $180K bail.
  • Parole Violation on Pony Express — Deputies collar felony parole suspect.
  • Knife Bust on Placerville Drive — Concealed dirk charge follows narcotics arrest.

  • Carmen Drive Family Fight — Felony domestic violence booking carries $50K bail.

Cameron Park, El Dorado Hills & Highway 50 Corridor

West slope deputies and CHP officers stayed busy along Highway 50 and the casino corridor with fraud, theft, narcotics, and drunk-driving cases. Rene Ann Gaines was booked after CHP investigated an alleged fictitious check case near the Shingle Springs off-ramp on westbound Highway 50. Bohui Wu was arrested near Pioneer Road and the US-50 roundabout on misdemeanor DUI charges shortly after midnight. Jennifer Maria Evans and Haley Lynn Harkey were both arrested in separate DUI investigations along Highway 50 and the Bears Den area before sunrise. At Red Hawk Parkway, Trisha Connie Levens was booked on drug paraphernalia charges following a casino-area arrest. Deputies later arrested Shari Lee Walters on Mount Aukum Road for narcotics possession, paraphernalia, and alleged intoxication under the influence of drugs. In El Dorado Hills, Paige Elizabeth Hardee was booked on felony theft and narcotics charges after deputies responded to Town Center Boulevard, with total bail listed at $90,000. The Highway 50 corridor once again proved to be a pipeline for late-night drunks, narcotics cases, and theft investigations rolling straight into county lockup. Deputies worked the asphalt ribbon from casino parking lots to suburban shopping centers, filling the blotter one arrest at a time.
