It was a busy Sunday in the Placerville corridor, where alcohol and alleged criminal conduct filled the booking sheets. CHP arrested Jessica Emily Ferrier near Wilson Boulevard on suspicion of DUI and child endangerment. A short time later, CHP booked Qoltae Cadent Gaurnier on felony DUI charges after a crash that allegedly caused bodily injury on Pleasant Valley Road. Deputies later arrested Matthew Levi Miller on a probation violation in Placerville. At Forni Road, Elizabeth Elaine Pursell was booked on reckless driving and suspended-license allegations. Missouri Flat Road produced one of the day’s heavier arrest packages when Kyle David Colmenero was booked on shoplifting, narcotics possession, trespassing, burglary tool and resisting charges. Late Sunday night, Placerville police arrested Juan Francisco Perezgarcia on felony criminal-threat allegations and a deadly-weapon charge at Cold Springs. The arrests remain allegations, and all suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
