The county’s heaviest collar came just after midnight near Mace Road and Crystal Spring Road, where deputies hauled in Buffy Louise Harland on a stack of narcotics sales and transport beefs carrying a combined bail north of $400,000. Domestic violence calls kept patrol cars rolling through the foothills, with separate arrests tied to Clay Street in Placerville and the Pleasant Valley area. CHP logged another pair of Highway 50 drunks before sundown, one snagged at El Dorado Hills Boulevard and another booked for alleged drug influence along the highway corridor. Deputies also picked up parole and probation violators out of outside county jails, dragging old warrants back into El Dorado County custody. Trouble boiled over at Salmon Falls and Folsom Recreation Area late Sunday night, where two suspects were swept up in a sprawling case involving a false emergency report, conspiracy allegations, narcotics, theft, weapons violations, and firearms possession charges. One suspect in that Salmon Falls mess carried more than $215,000 in bail exposure; another faced over $121,000. Down at Red Hawk Parkway, tribal police booked a man for alleged intoxication and disorderly conduct. By midnight, the jail roster read like an old crime desk ledger — narcotics, domestic beefs, false alarms, stolen property, and Highway 50 drunks filling the cells wall to wall.
