EL DORADO COUNTY SHERIFF’S BLOTTER — MAY 5, 2026

PLACERVILLE & WEST SLOPE

The Main Street courthouse saw narcotics trouble before noon when deputies booked Yamni Deangelo Plagensclarin on felony drug sales charges, probation violations, resisting officers, and driving on a suspended DUI license.

Deputies later answered a call on Db Sabla Road where Darius Deshawn William Martelle was arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats and resisting deputies during the contact.
By evening, narcotics detectives working Pony Express Trail booked Ryan Steven Craviotto on felony charges of transporting a controlled substance with bail set at $75,000.

A protective order violation landed Christopher Fairell Young in jail after deputies arrested him on Canterbury Circle with bail fixed at $30,000.

At Red Hawk, tribal police arrested Kyle Noel Ogden after two separate resisting charges reportedly unfolded during an incident at the casino property.

The courthouse, casino floor, and back roads all saw deputies moving prisoners Tuesday in what became another steady day of felony narcotics and resistance arrests across the county.

Drug cases again carried the heaviest bail totals, with narcotics transportation and possession-for-sale allegations topping the booking sheet.

By nightfall, county cells held suspects tied to threats, drugs, protective order violations, public intoxication, and confrontations with law enforcement.

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE

South Lake Tahoe police booked Markeise Gerald Prince after a felony vandalism arrest on South Avenue, where bail was set at a steep $125,000.

Later in the evening, officers hauled Crystal Ki Muschetto in from Steamers Bar on a misdemeanor drunk and disorderly charge after reports of alcohol-related disturbance.

Tahoe officers spent the day bouncing from felony property damage to late-night barroom disorder as spring crowds returned to the basin.

Prince’s vandalism case carried the single highest bail amount listed in Tuesday’s county bookings.
The contrast was sharp — one suspect facing six-figure bail over felony destruction allegations while another slept off a misdemeanor alcohol arrest.

Police activity stretched from residential streets to nightlife establishments as officers kept the tourist corridor moving.

South Lake Tahoe lockups remained active well into the evening hours.

The day closed with two more names added to the county jail roster from the basin.
