A robbery arrest carrying $200,000 bail, a felony arson case, domestic violence allegations, identity theft, and probation violations highlighted a busy day across El Dorado County.

PLACERVILLE AREA

Placerville police booked Dominic Demarian Flowers on a felony robbery charge after an arrest on Broadway. Bail was set at $200,000. Earlier in the day, Stacey Michelle McCormick was arrested on Main Street on felony probation violation and felony vandalism charges, along with a misdemeanor controlled substance allegation. McCormick was booked with $25,000 bail attached to the vandalism charge. Two felony arrests in the city center accounted for some of the day’s most serious criminal allegations. Both cases remained pending following booking. Placerville officers logged the arrests within hours of one another during a busy Tuesday shift. The robbery case carried the highest single-charge bail amount reported inside city limits.

EL DORADO HILLS AREA

El Dorado County Police arrested Justin David Dornbier on Appy Ridge Road on suspicion of driving under the influence and violating a domestic violence court order. He was booked into custody with bail listed at $2,500 on the DUI charge.

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE AREA

Deputies arrested Michael Lance Crain on Jameson Beach Road on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, cohabitant, or dating partner. The felony charge carried $50,000 bail. In a separate case, Matthew James Henson was arrested on Garden Circle on suspicion of identity theft involving another person’s financial information. Bail was set at $20,000.

CAMERON PARK AREA

Late in the evening, deputies arrested Tyler James Nutting on Carson Road on suspicion of causing a fire to a structure or forest land. The felony arson-related charge carried $40,000 bail. The arrest capped a day that saw multiple felony bookings across the county.

OUT-OF-COUNTY HOLD

Brent Sheehan was booked by El Dorado County authorities from Butte County Jail on two misdemeanor allegations of violating a domestic violence court order. Combined bail was listed at $400,000.
